How to Suggest a Facebook Fan page to Your Friends

An easy way to get people to become fans of your Facebook fan page is to have people in your organization Suggest it to their friends.

Here's how to do it:

1. Go the Fan Page (you can type the name in the search if you are not an administrator).
2. Go to the top left side of the Screen and Press Suggest to Friends.3. Once you are done with that, a list of your friends will show up and you can select friends to send the message to by clicking on their names. If your friend is already a fan you won't be able to suggest the page to them.
4. Click Send Invitations and then it will appear on the upper right side of the screen under Requests and say Page suggestion.

Get more fans
Have your fans also help your effort and get them to suggest it to their friends. Isn't that how viral marketing is supposed to work.

    is there a way to create a link like the "sugest to friends" that will work on other sites?
    As in, is it posible to create a "suggest my fan page to friends" link-button on a page other than the fan page?

    It appears that facebook has added a comment box to this feature. But as a result, I can't scroll (there's no bar) to click to actually invite the people I've highlighted. Any suggestions?

    when you click suggest to friend, right click, and select open in another window or tab.... thats the only way i found

    i believe that we should suggest over facebook fan pages to others to get more use of that.. we can spread the viral traffic if lots of people come to know about our fan pages=========

    @ post above, i think the reason they are grayed out is because someone else has already invited those friends.

    at first i thought maybe smthing wrong with facebook because even my 2nd facebook profile didn't get my own 1st profile page suggestion.

    Thanks to No 4 info above, because i didn't check the Request section before. It was there.

    Maybe all my friends didn't check the Request section either.. (too many anonymous there)

    But the problem with facebook, you can only send out invitation to like you page hence becoming a fan. Other than that, you have to wait for them to reply. Another problem is that your invitation looks like a spam that is why most of my friends ignore my request making it more harder for me to get the LIKES and fans that I needed for my website page.

      Facebook is always changing how people receive the messages. They might miss the notifications.
